I am really happy with the way Life Alert works, and very glad I have it, because on June 12 my Carbon Monoxide detector went off. You got the signal and sent help really fast. I’m very grateful, because I had my grandkids with me and the CO was going off in the room. Thanks again for all your assistance.

I am writing to thank you for your help the other day. I had put something on my gas stove boiling, forgot about it and left my house. My fire alarm went on from the smoke in my kitchen. You called the fire department and they prevented a fire in my house. I was not even home at that time, and you saved my home. Again, thank you very much.

When I fell and needed help getting up, you sent emergency assistance to me really quickly. You also notified my friends, so they knew what was happening. Just wanted to thank you so much for your help. Life Alert sure does work.

About an hour after I pushed my pendant by accident, I had to call and thank you for how quickly you responded, and how cordial and calm you were with me. It really reassured me to see how Life Alert is on the ball. It’s such a relief to know that you are always there.

I had my Life Alert system installed on June 5th, and now feel so much better having it. I have fallen outside several times – one time I was outside for four hours, during the night. Overall I am glad to have Life Alert and feel it’s totally worth it.

Last Friday night I was awakened by my phone ringing. A most gracious person was advising me to get out of the house -- due to my alarm system (Life Alert) indicating carbon gas leaking in the house -- and the Fire Department was on the way. I got out of bed and headed outdoors. By the time I reached the front door, the firemen were there. Three men spent an hour in the attic and the house, and not being able to locate the fumes, they called for a special detector. Four more men soon arrived and within minutes located the problem. They stayed until 4:45 am, removing insulation and doing more inspections.
The lady who talked to me over my alarm system also alerted my son, and after the incident she called me two times to make sure I was all right. Without this wonderful attention, I’m sure I would have passed out. I can’t express my appreciation on her dedicated calls and follow-through to me. Her calm and caring attitude was beyond words. God bless her and others like her. I am telling the world about Life Alert.

I had my Life Alert system installed today and I’m very happy with how everything is going. Everyone I’ve spoken with at Life Alert has been very knowledgeable. The guy who installed my unit was great, too. I used to have Lifeline, but I switched -- and I can already tell that you are a better service.

My mother had accidentally activated her Life Alert button, but since it appeared to be a real incident your dispatcher acted fast and sent the paramedics, who arrived very quickly. Since she appeared to be okay, there was no need to take my mom anywhere, but I want to thank you for paying attention to her. I really appreciate your services and am very satisfied.
